UST provides the Concept To Camera application suite (“C2”) to you for the purpose of accessing and managing Talent and Project data. UST clients have engaged UST to manage the development and production process within the entertainment industry through our C2 platform.
In the course of using this website, UST will collect and process certain of your personal information. Specifically, UST will collect your username, email, and associated unique identifier (UserID) as part of the authentication process. Your password will be stored by UST.
By accessing the C2 application suite, you acknowledge and agree that your personal data will be transferred to and accessed by UST in the United States, a country whose privacy laws may not offer a level of data protection equivalent to that of the user’s home country.
